For years, I followed the “normal” routine — ticking all the boxes, keeping busy, and doing what was expected. But deep down, I craved something slower, more meaningful, and more connected.

I started The Wellness Wake-Up as a way to reconnect — with myself, with nature, and with a more intentional way of living. What began as a personal journey soon grew into a space where I could share the rituals, practices, and gentle reminders that helped me feel grounded again.

Then one day, I stopped treating my dream like a side project.
